Corporate Football Tournament Rules:

1. Reporting Time: Each team needs to report at least 15 minutes before the scheduled match time

2. Walk-over: If any team fails to report on the scheduled time, then the opponent team gets a walk over with 3 GD

3. Substitution: 5 sub and may occur at any time during play, under the observation of the referee positioned at the halfway line. The exiting player must have left the playing area before the substitution player crosses the side-line.

4. Referee’s decision: would be final decision and players must not argue with Referee. In case of any discussion needed, only the captain can talk to the referee.

5. Matching Durations: League & Cup matches would be of 15 minutes each half with 2 minutes of break respectively.

6. Offside/Touchline Start:  There is no Offside rule and side-line outs will be a Kick in from side touchline and opponent team needs to ensure to have 5-yard distance.

7. Slides/Tackles: Slide tackles are not allowed. General Slides to control or stop the ball is permitted only if there is no opponent nearby.

8. Player Details: One player can play from only one team. Every player must share soft copy of company I-Card or offer letter and carry hard copy for the matches.

9. Points System: League Matches: Win – 3 points, Draw – 1 point each team & Loss – 0.

10. Cup matches: If it is a draw then no extra time but penalties would be taken to decide the results, 5 penalties per team.

11. Rankings: If teams with same points during the league rankings, then GD would be considered followed by Head-to-Head result followed by Goal Scored. If still the same, then 5 penalties kick as final decider.

12. Foul/Cards: If there is violation of playing rules or foul committed by a player, then referee is entitled to show Yellow & Red Card to the player as per severity of offense. On Second Yellow Card to the same player or direct RED card to a player will result in player to ext the playing game and ground along with 3 minutes ban before a Substitute takes his place. On 1st Yellow card no action. 

13. Minimum 5 players need to be present on ground for the match to start 

14. Prize Distribution would happen at the end of all Cup Matches.
